Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before ordering.

Terms

A 50% deposit must accompany first orders with the balance of payment due on delivery, unless otherwise stated on invoice. All deliveries will be at the Purchaser’s expense. Overdue accounts may be subject to an interest charge on outstanding monies. Any cheques dishonoured, the bank administration costs will be charged.

Ordering

When ordering, to help speed deliveries and maintain accuracy of orders, please order by product code.

Cancellations

All products are custom printed to the Purchaser’s specification. Once printed all costs incur will be passed on to the Purchaser. LogoPro is not bound by any terms, conditions, stipulations or prices contained on customer’s purchase order forms.

Returns / Claims

All returns must be authorised with a LogoPro Return Reference Number prior to shipment. Goods returned will not be accepted freight-on, unless prior arrangement. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Claims must be made in writing and received by LogoPro within 14 days of the delivery date. Claims made after 14 days will be not considered. LogoPro reserves the right to determine if a product is faulty and we be replaced, not credited.

Prices

We strive to provide accurate pricing however prices and products are subject to change without notice.

Debt / Slow Payment

Non-payment of products supplied by LogoPro will be pursued vigorously. Legal fees, debt collection fees and all our costs spent on this recovery will be sought. Interest of 1.5% per month, calculated daily will apply from the due date of the invoice.

Delivery

LogoPro makes every effort to supply products accurately and timely. LogoPro will not be responsible for any delay or failure to meet a shipment date due to transport failure, floods, ware, act of terrorism, accident, fire, industrial action, supplier delay, manufacturer delay or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Colours

The printing industry recognises PMS or Pantone colour standards as a guide and can reproduce your exact colour in most cases. However if you are in doubt we recommend a production sample.

Design Samples

LogoPro will supply the Purchaser with proofs or paper artwork samples showing expected printing content and layout. Approval of the design is an acceptance that the elements e.g. spelling, positioning and colour of the logo is correct.

Over / Under Runs

Due to the nature of some products a shipment number of 5% over or under ordered quantity will be considered complete. Where exact quantities are require a fee may apply to fulfil this request. Please state any such prerequisite at time of quotation.

LogoPro shall in no event be liable for any damage or costs incurred as a result of the accuracy of product information and specifications contained in this website. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the product they purchase is suitable for the proposed use.
